The Remote AOD Workforce Program creates its own resources in response to community and worker concerns about substance use issues in the Northern Territory. These tools are known as the "Yarning about....." series.

We have created tools & resources for both areas of remote AOD work- direct client & family service delivery and community development. We also provide training in the use these tools.

Community Development Framework

Our Community Development Framework provides theory & a guide to practice community development in remote communities, including a section on cultural security for Aboriginal & Non-Aboriginal workers.
